What is the wholesale club?
Customers who sign up to the Krönen (Crown) Club have the ability to purchase at or below regular wholesale prices.  Access is a one time administrative fee of $15.00.  When you receive your access into the club,  you will be eligible for double rewards points on every purchase you make on the website.  This translates into a 2% reward for your purchases.  Because we markup from our cost through our suppliers, we are already proving you a huge and competitive discount.  You save even more when you factor in the rewards points and special coupons and offers.

Some similar sites offer rebates, why do you not offer rebates?
The rebates you often see on other websites are usually offered directly through that site as an incentive for you purchase that item.  Statistics show that most people are attracted to a discounted item with a rebate but the majority of these customers do not follow up on the rebate by the 'fine printed' end date and end up paying the higher price for the item instead.  Our Crown Club program does not hide any false ideas.  Once you join the club and your information and payment are processed, you will have access to the lower prices on all items on the website all the time.  If we get a rebated item through the manufacturer, we go ahead and pass those savings on to you right away so that you don't have to do any additional work to see the savings.  You do not need to go through some lengthy process of sending in a copy of your proof of purchase, filling out any documentation or waiting for a check in the mail.  You get the discount right away and accrue the extra rewards points for your purchase at the same time. 

I signed up for the Krönen Club, when can I purchase at the discounted level?
Once your order is processed on our site, it will take about 24 hours for you to receive your welcome email and for the new prices to become effective when you login.   

Why do you offer a special club and how much is the extra discount?
Because we operate our business as a virtual business with exceptionally low operating expenses, we are able to provide our customers with excellent benefits.  We do not stock any of the inventory ourselves as it is all sent out through our suppliers to your door.  These options have become a reality during the past few years in the e-commerce business.  Because of the rise in fuel prices, groceries and every day items it is becoming a burden for families to make it to the malls for shopping trips.  Thankfully, the manufacturers and their suppliers recognized this opportunity and started thinking out side the box some time ago. 

Because we do not inventory most of the items we can offer prices even lower than most big name retail stores and wholesale clubs.  We mark up a small % from our own cost of the items in order to bring those items to you at even deeper discounted prices than what you are used to paying online or in traditional wholesale clubs.  Our website operates off four pricing models, of which two (2) are reserved for our reseller program.  The Crown Club discount is just a fraction above that and finally our 'regular price' items are what you see normally on the website.
